Shipping and Handling
We currently deliver all products across the UAE through our partner courier company.
All orders are dispatched from Saturday through Thursday and can be expected to be received within 3-5 days
once your order is placed and completed allow us 1 to 2 working days as a handling time to get your order ready to ship.
We currently offer free shipping within the UAE for orders over AED 150.
Shipping rate is 15 AED knowing that big volume and overweight shipment are quoted separately.
Duties and Taxes
Customer is responsible for all customs and duties when they are applicable, knowing that charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.
Our courier partner may ask you for certain Documents such a National ID to be shared by you, in order to complete and clear the requirements of the customs department.
Dow Group/ Baytware will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
The Website has a general 14 days return policy for products with a manufacturing defect. If you need to return anything, due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll be happy to exchange the product or provide a refund provided that, if it’s returned within the specified 14 days return period, in addition, returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, undamaged and in the original packaging.
All product parts and packaging materials must be returned including the instruction manual to receive a full refund.
Once received in our warehouse, the item will be inspected for condition and complete contents. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are not refundable.
It may take up to 14 days to process your return once the product has been received at our warehouse and the return has been approved.
